About the role
We are looking for an Admin Accounts Assistant to support our accounting and administrative functions at our construction site office in Singapore. The role combines financial processing, payroll administration and HR documentation to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare payment vouchers for suppliers, contractors and staff claims, ensuring accurate financial transactions.
- Monitor stock levels and order stationery, pantry and other office supplies.
- Draft employee contracts and maintain personal, leave and medical claim records.
- Track work pass expiry dates and coordinate applications, renewals, issuances or cancellations in line with MOM regulations.
- Process payroll for staff and workers accurately and on time.
- Perform general administrative duties to support daily office functions.
- Handle ad‑hoc tasks as assigned to assist the team.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Good knowledge of Ministry of Manpower (MOM) procedures for work passes.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Capacity to manage heavy workloads and meet tight deadlines.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with the SAGE Payroll System (advantage).
