About the role
We are looking for an Admin / Accounts Clerk to support our office operations in Singapore. The role combines basic accounting tasks with general administrative duties, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day processes.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and issue invoices and quotations for clients.
- Monitor employee attendance and process monthly salaries.
- Handle CPF contributions and related statutory payments.
- Carry out general administrative work such as applying for safety courses, work permits and insurance.
- Assist with other ad‑hoc office tasks as required.
Required profile
- Education in ITE Accounting, a related accounting qualification, or relevant work experience.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle routine financial paperwork.
- Willingness to learn on the job; training will be provided.

- Full‑time permanent position with a salary range of SGD 2,000‑2,800 per month, commensurate with experience.
