Admin Executive – Business & Admin Support with Transport

About the role

The Admin Executive will provide essential business and administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and timely customer service. This onsite position is based in Gul Circle, Singapore, with company transport provided.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance to the sales department, handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales reps are unavailable.
• Process incoming orders, verify pricing, discounts, product numbers, and inventory before generating sales orders.
• Assist walk‑in customers when the marketing team is occupied.
• Update commercial team on sales revenue using data from the accounts department.
• Follow up with key customers on after‑sales matters, including service disputes and loan unit issues.
• Prepare quotations and related documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a Customer Service role (advantageous).
