Admin Executive – Sales & Customer Service

About the role

Lee Huat Seafood is looking for an Admin Executive to manage customer orders, invoicing and frontline customer service. The role supports smooth operations and helps maintain high levels of customer satisfaction for the company’s seafood wholesale business.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders, prepare delivery orders and quotations to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Manage invoicing and maintain accurate account documentation.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow up on payments, collections and account reconciliation.
• Address customer feedback and requests to improve service quality.
• Support additional administrative and sales coordination tasks to enhance operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Prior experience in administration, sales coordination or customer service.
• Comfortable handling invoicing and basic bookkeeping.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for daily documentation tasks.

What we offer

• Salary range SGD 2,600‑3,400 per month.
• Permanent contract.
• Full‑time schedule: Mon‑Fri 8 am‑5 pm, Sat 8 am‑3 pm (incl. 1 hr lunch).
• On‑site role at Jurong Island, Singapore.
