Administrative Assistant

About the role
The polyclinic is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the smooth operation of daily activities. You will work closely with clinic staff to ensure meetings, events, and administrative processes run efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate clinic meetings, events and manage related logistics.
- Handle collaterals, consumables, and lost‑and‑found inventory.
- Record and update clinic assets, maintain digital archives, and manage patient records.
- Respond to phone, fax and email enquiries.
- Assist with staff and patient engagement, registration, and any ad‑hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Receive on‑the‑job training if you have no prior experience.
Required profile
- GCE O/N level, NITEC or Higher NITEC with 1‑3 years of relevant experience (entry‑level candidates welcome).
- Meticulous with strong administration, coordination and organisational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to commit to a 5.5‑day work week.
