About the role
The Administrative Business Partner (ABP) for Cloud supports the team’s day‑to‑day operations, ensuring managers and team members can focus on strategic initiatives. You will anticipate needs, resolve administrative challenges before they arise, and stay current with Google’s suite of products to provide proactive, strategic assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage busy executive calendars, coordinate travel, process expense reports, and organize events and meetings.
- Schedule facilities, equipment, and coordinate duties across multiple office locations.
- Mentor new team members and lead the ABP team, fostering a collaborative culture.
- Serve as project manager for small‑ to medium‑scale initiatives, from planning through execution.
- Identify and implement operational efficiencies and contribute to new operational strategies.
- Act as a central point of contact for internal departments and external suppliers, handling confidential information as required.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment.
- Preferred 6 years supporting executive‑level management and managing small‑scale projects or events.
- Experience in executive event management and knowledge of process, project, and program management practices.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Current right to work in Singapore without requiring visa sponsorship.
