About the role
We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Group Managing Director of a premium luxury hospitality brand with global operations. This fast‑paced role requires a proactive professional who can manage complex schedules, coordinate travel, and handle confidential matters with discretion.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all calendar activities, including scheduling travel, conferences, and appointments.
- Coordinate and adjust meetings, ensuring seamless logistics.
- Maintain and enforce administrative policies within the office.
- Read, analyse, and prioritise submissions, letters, agendas, and memos.
- Take accurate minutes in all meetings.
- Handle personal matters for the Group MD as required.
Required profile
- Several years of experience as an EA/PA supporting high‑profile individuals in a fast‑moving environment.
- Exceptional organisational and communication abilities.
- Resilient, motivated, and capable of working independently.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace.
