Administrative Executive, HMG/BSCC

About the role

HDB is hiring an Administrative Executive for its Housing Maintenance Group / Branch Service Centre Call Centre (HMG/BSCC). The role handles public enquiries by phone through the Branch Service Line, covering lease administration, housing maintenance, finance and car park matters.

Key responsibilities

• Handle public enquiries professionally, including lease administration, housing maintenance, finance and car park matters
• Promote, educate and guide callers on the use of HDB's e-Services
• Provide case-specific advice and quality customer service over the phone
• Stay up to date with the latest policies and procedures so that information given to customers is accurate
• Resolve customer queries effectively and escalate problems promptly
• Work as a team to meet call centre service KPIs
• Perform any other tasks assigned

Required profile

• Effective telephone communication and strong customer service skills
• A passion for delivering customer-centric service
• Proficiency in English and another language
• Ability to understand customers' enquiries accurately and document them quickly in the system
• Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
• Meticulous and independent
• Customer service or call centre experience is an added advantage
