Administrative Executive – Marketing & Communications (6‑Month Contract)

About the role

We are looking for an Administrative Executive to support our Marketing & Communications team on a 6‑month contract. The role will be based in Jurong East and will assist in the day‑to‑day execution of branding, campaign and event activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support branding and marketing operations across various initiatives.
• Prepare and consolidate brand health reports and marketing data.
• Assist in planning, coordinating and reporting marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate brand activations, including vendor liaison and logistics.
• Support the organisation of workshops, presentations and management‑engagement activities.
• Provide administrative and operational support for marketing and communications projects.
• Manage marketing collateral inventory and procurement administration, including purchase orders and invoice tracking.
• Handle ad‑hoc marketing and communications duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Junior‑level candidate with strong organisational abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced marketing environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Competitive monthly salary up to SGD 3,300.
• Fixed‑term 6‑month contract (October 2026 – March 2027).
