Agile Project Manager

About the role

Exora AI is looking for an Agile Project Manager to manage one or more concurrent high-visibility projects, typically in digital startups, government and public sector, commercial enterprise and mid-market sectors. The role partners with cross-functional teams such as Enterprise Account Managers, vendors, engineering support and partners to deliver projects end to end, manage customer expectations and meet customer satisfaction goals. It is a full-time position based in Singapore with overseas travel opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage large, complex enterprise-level projects
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress and delivery costs, and focus on timeliness
• Scope project requirements and effort, and prepare forecasts where needed
• Work with development teams and product managers to execute development plans
• Organize and lead project status, work and customer meetings, and prepare progress reports
• Manage risks and issues, and review proposed changes to project plans with interested parties
• Act as a consultant to assign people, processes and tools, coach team members and manage stakeholder expectations

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent preferred
• At least 2 years of proven experience managing mid to enterprise-level application development projects with SCRUM / Agile methodologies
• PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and able to lead multiple stakeholders
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive start-up environment

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Project management tools such as Jira and Trello
