AI-Assisted Paid Social Operator (Remote, Hourly)

About the role

We are launching paid‑social campaigns to recruit content creators and influencers worldwide (excluding the United States) for a creator‑economy platform. We seek an experienced operator or a small team (2‑5 people) that leverages AI tools to manage campaigns efficiently on an hourly basis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage paid‑social campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter) and TikTok.
• Deploy and optimise campaigns on Asian platforms such as LINE and WeChat.
• Use AI‑driven tools (Madgicx, Adcreative.ai, Clay, platform‑native AI) for creative generation and performance optimisation.
• Run campaigns in multiple languages: English, Chinese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese and Japanese.
• Provide weekly performance reports and continuously optimise budgets.
• Participate in video check‑ins with the internal team.

Required profile

• Proven multi‑platform paid‑social experience with verifiable references.
• Demonstrated sophisticated use of AI tools with concrete workflow examples.
• Available to start within 1‑2 weeks and able to bill hourly (no commission or retainers).
• Video‑conferencing capability for regular check‑ins.
