AI Cloud Project Manager

About the role

Bitdeer is building a multi‑region AI cloud platform with more than 10,000 GPUs. The AI Cloud Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of data‑center builds, GPU cluster deployments and cloud‑platform software projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle project delivery for new data‑center construction, GPU cluster roll‑outs (1K‑100K GPUs), network deployments and cloud‑platform feature launches.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including compute, network, storage, software engineering, data‑center operations and external vendors.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations and risk registers.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships, negotiate timelines and resolve escalations.
• Run governance cadences such as steering committees, sprint/release planning, weekly syncs and executive reporting.
• Align infrastructure delivery with software development schedules to ensure integrated platform readiness for each regional launch.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale infrastructure or cloud‑platform projects in a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors and cross‑regional teams.
• Excellent organizational and risk‑management skills with a focus on on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
