AI Delivery Project Manager / Scrum Master

About the role

NCS, an AI tech services company and Singtel Group subsidiary, is hiring an AI Delivery Project Manager / Scrum Master in Singapore. The role sits within NCS AI Central's Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) model, which moves AI solutions from proof-of-concept through to hardened production systems. You will own delivery of the FDE lifecycle for your squad, run Agile ceremonies suited to AI/Gen AI work, and act as the main link between engineering delivery, AI Mission, AI Experience and client/business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery of the squad's engagement through Discover, POC, POV, PRR, Scale and Operate, and plan and run short-cycle POCs/POVs from concept to evaluation
• Coordinate the Production Readiness Review (PRR) gate with the AI Architect and AI/LLM Specialist, tracking the five-pillar checklist
• Run lightweight Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives) and unblock progress such as data, model or compliance access
• Maintain an AI delivery risk register covering accuracy, data quality, model cost and latency, and advise stakeholders on feasibility
• Flag compliance gaps early (IM8, PDPA, sector-specific) and coordinate secure software delivery and governance
• Connect AI Mission, AIIS and AI Experience, translate problem statements into POC/POV plans and report to stakeholders up to Director level
• Track POC/POV performance against success criteria (accuracy, hallucination rate, cost per query) and cover both FDE and development/maintenance work, including remote or offshore coordination

Required profile

• 3+ years of project management / Scrum Master experience, including at least 1 year on AI/Gen AI engagements
• Experience planning and running short-cycle POCs/POVs or Agile delivery cycles
• Strong stakeholder management, able to engage up to Director level
• Understanding of Generative AI capabilities and constraints, and of distributed team coordination and budget tracking
• Preferred: PRR or equivalent AI governance gate experience, secure software governance awareness, experience presenting to senior stakeholders, and exposure to Singapore Government GCC/HCC contexts

The role is offered at two levels: a standard level (3-5 years, runs ceremonies for one squad at a time) and a senior level (7+ years, owns governance across multiple squads and engages Director-level stakeholders independently).
