AI Engineer / Data Scientist (Entry Level)

About the role

We are seeking an AI Engineer / Data Scientist to join a leading engineering and construction firm in Singapore. This entry‑level position will support the company’s digital strategy by researching, designing and deploying AI/ML solutions for internal and client challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research and development to align AI capabilities with business needs.
• Analyse company and client problems and design AI/ML systems to address them.
• Collect and process data through interviews, surveys or live research activities.
• Produce periodic research reports and presentation decks.
• Promote technology adoption both internally and externally.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence or related fields.
• Experience with Python and C++ programming.
• Familiarity with machine‑learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Theano or scikit‑learn.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) and distributed model training is a plus.
