AI Engineer

About the role

Arros AI is a technology company building scalable AI systems focused on machine learning, natural language processing and data analytics. It is hiring a full-time AI engineer in Singapore to design, build and deploy AI models and algorithms that solve complex business problems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Research and stay up to date with the latest AI and machine learning advances.
• Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, scalability and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines supporting model training and deployment.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering and exploratory data analysis.
• Deploy models into production and monitor their performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with AI systems and applications.
• Document technical processes, methodologies and findings for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or a related field.
• Proven experience developing and deploying AI models and algorithms.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering and model evaluation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse teams.

Required skills

• Programming in Python, R or other relevant languages.
• Machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or Keras.
• Knowledge of NLP, computer vision or reinforcement learning is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud for model deployment is a plus.
