AI HR Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an AI HR Trainer to design and deliver competency‑based training programs that integrate artificial intelligence tools into human‑resource practices. The role involves both in‑person and virtual sessions, aiming to boost learner engagement and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver WSQ or competency‑based training modules for HR professionals.
• Conduct training sessions in both classroom and online environments.
• Maintain high levels of learner engagement and achieve strong course satisfaction scores.
• Incorporate AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and DeepSeek into training content.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in adult education or workforce development, preferably in HR or AI‑related courses.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in Human Resource Management, Workforce Planning, or Organisation Development with exposure to AI applications.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.
• Mandatory ACTA/ACLP certification; additional HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD, IHRP) and data‑analytics or AI certifications are advantageous.

• Prompt engineering for HR use cases.
