AI Workflow Designer

About the role

The AI Workflow Designer will lead the creation and standardisation of enterprise‑grade, AI‑driven workflows. Working in a hybrid model, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to build scalable, reusable, and intelligent process solutions that accelerate AI adoption across HPE.

Key responsibilities

• Define enterprise AI workflow standards, design principles and best practices.
• Architect and implement scalable multi‑agent ecosystems that enable autonomous decision‑making and orchestration.
• Develop reusable playbooks, frameworks and reference architectures for AI‑driven workflow design.
• Promote platform‑based development and asset reuse across the AI Centre of Excellence.
• Explore and integrate emerging technologies to advance agentic workflow capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading the design and standardisation of AI‑driven workflows at an enterprise scale.
• Strong ability to translate customer requirements and industry trends into AI/ML solutions.
• Demonstrated technical leadership on cross‑functional initiatives and mentorship.
• Excellent communication skills to influence standards and drive adoption.
