About the role
We are looking for a motivated individual to join AIRTROPOLIS EXPRESS as an Air Freight Customer Service Representative. In this junior role you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with air export bookings and ensuring smooth shipment flow.
Key responsibilities
- Offer and propose freight solutions to customers.
- Receive and arrange air export shipment bookings.
- Coordinate shipment flow, including arranging pickups and booking flights with carriers.
- Manage warehouse logistics and monitor shipment status.
- Check departure times and status of booked flights.
- Handle recovery processes when necessary.
- Respond to queries from customers and overseas agents regarding bookings and rates.
- Perform ad‑hoc duties assigned by the manager.
Required profile
- Junior executive level.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

- Monthly salary SGD 2,600 – 3,100.
