Analyst – Private Credit – Alternative Capital Formation (Singapore)

About the role

The Analyst will join Goldman Sachs’ Alternatives Capital Formation (ACF) team in Singapore, focusing on Asia Private Credit. The role supports the product lead in fundraising, investor engagement and product strategy for the private credit franchise.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse the private credit market and identify top capital allocators.
• Prepare and maintain marketing materials, fund reporting and other investor communications in coordination with investment, legal and compliance teams.
• Support investor due‑diligence processes, respond to queries and track follow‑ups.
• Assist with fund and product launches, including structuring, positioning, private placement memoranda and internal committee processes.
• Provide talking points, ad‑hoc presentations and strategic analysis for senior leadership.
• Monitor portfolio performance, track record and exits, and maintain investor/LP databases.
• Collaborate with private credit investment teams, sales teams and cross‑functional stakeholders such as legal, risk, compliance, operations and tax.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with interest in private credit and alternative investments.
• Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions.
