Analytics and Innovation Product Owner

About the role

Marsh is looking for an Analytics and Innovation Product Owner to join its Advanced Analytics and Innovation team within its risk business, based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role with at least three days a week in the office. The Product Owner is a hands-on innovation leader who owns pod priorities, stakeholder alignment and delivery outcomes across analytics-driven solutions, combining actuarial and analytical grounding with domain expertise and technical fluency.

Key responsibilities

• Own pod priorities, outcomes and stakeholder alignment, engaging business leaders and market stakeholders to identify high-value problems and opportunities
• Translate business needs into clearly defined use cases and delivery priorities, acting as the embedded domain lead
• Use technical fluency and AI-enabled tools to shape prototypes, refine outputs, test logic and accelerate iteration with the Analytics Technical Lead, Data Engineer and AI Solutions Analyst
• Validate assumptions, challenge impractical ideas and ensure outputs are accurate, relevant and usable; support rollout, adoption and post-launch feedback
• Act as a hands-on builder involved in problem framing, prototyping, testing and adoption
• Foster a culture of experimentation and fast learning, feeding learnings back into product and development cycles
• Influence decisions and collaborate with senior leaders

Required profile

• Strong actuarial or analytical background able to connect business context to analytical and technical solution design
• Proven experience in a client-facing, business-facing or consulting-led analytics environment as a hands-on builder
• Deep domain expertise in the relevant business area and credibility with stakeholders
• Preferred: experience in agile, experimentation-led or rapid-iteration delivery environments, and a track record moving quickly from concept to working solution
• Preferred: health and benefits or employee benefits experience

Required skills

• Strong technical knowledge and fluency with modern analytics and AI-enabled tools
• Ability to work hands-on with these tools
