Analytics & Projects Internship – Food Delivery

About the role

Join GrabFood’s analytics team in Singapore as an Analytics & Projects Intern. You’ll work on data‑driven projects that support growth initiatives and improve the food‑delivery experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and research of growth plans to enhance GrabFood performance.
• Provide project‑management assistance for demand‑generation campaigns, including setup, workflow documentation, and post‑campaign analysis.
• Evaluate data sets to inform decision‑making, identify operational issues, and propose practical solutions.
• Conduct market research on the competitive landscape and uncover growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams on marketing and business projects.
• Develop dashboards to track business metrics and performance.
• Perform specialised data‑analysis projects as needed.

Required profile

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong interest in the food‑delivery industry and Singapore market trends.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapting to changing project requirements.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for reporting and presenting findings.

Required skills

• SQL for querying and transforming data from multiple sources.
• Data‑visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Statistical analysis techniques to evaluate performance and trends.
• Microsoft Excel for data manipulation.
• Microsoft PowerPoint for creating professional presentations.
