APAC Commercial Marketing Assistant Manager

About the role

The Assistant Manager, Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) APAC Business Planning, Reporting, Product & Digital Marketing supports business growth and strategic objectives across the APAC region. The role covers business planning, performance management, reporting, market and business insights, product commercialization, digital marketing and social media initiatives, including developing performance dashboards, supporting go-to-market strategies and managing digital campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Support APAC GFF annual business planning, monthly and quarterly business reviews and management presentations
• Compile, validate, analyse and report key commercial and operational performance metrics across the SCS portfolio
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, data-driven insights and business review materials
• Analyse business performance, market trends, customer, product and industry data to identify growth opportunities and improvement initiatives
• Lead reporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support product initiatives, commercialization, go-to-market strategies and digital marketing campaigns
• Develop value propositions, marketing collateral, customer communications and competitive intelligence
• Partner with Product, Operations, Sales and regional stakeholders on customer needs and service offerings
• Manage digital marketing platforms, tools and CRM systems, including UAT coordination and stakeholder training
• Develop and manage digital content, customer campaigns and marketing communications across channels and social media

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Marketing or a related field
• 4-5 years of industry-related or role-related experience is an advantage
• Good communication and presentation skills with stakeholders at all levels
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, with a proactive and accountable mindset

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
• SQL and Power BI are an added advantage
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
