APAC Digital and Social Commerce Manager

About the role

Haleon, a consumer company focused on everyday health, is looking for an APAC Digital and Social Commerce Manager. The role develops and drives wider APAC digital and social commerce strategies, including enterprise-winning models, to deliver sustainable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver digital and social commerce strategies, including key platform strategies and enterprise-winning models, to drive sustainable and profitable growth (net sales, profit and share).
• Work with EC heads and cross-functional partners such as category marketing, CBIA, media and finance to track digital platform performance monthly, generate insights and take ad-hoc strategic actions.
• Bring in external best practice and strategic moves from leading players in the industry.
• Work with external digital commerce platforms to identify and execute enterprise-level growth opportunities and drive T2T partnerships.
• Build the digital and social commerce capabilities needed across the APAC organisation and globally, including data and AI capabilities, and share best practice across regions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above; MBA is a plus.
• At least 8 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, with direct experience in Douyin social commerce.
• Proven P&L ownership experience, supported by strong data analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in shopper and trade marketing is required; exposure to digital innovation in FMCG or beauty is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage complexity across diverse markets and to drive and enable change.
