APAC Fragrance Academy & Perfumery School Assistant

About the role

Join Givaudan’s APAC Fragrance Academy and Perfumery School in Singapore as an Assistant, supporting the Gallery & Business Transformation team. You will help coordinate training logistics, manage inventory, and assist with vendor contracts, contributing to the development of fragrance and perfumery education across the Asia‑Pacific region.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with training logistics for Perfumery School and fragrance courses, including sample preparation and kit management.
• Maintain raw material inventory, request and replenish supplies, and manage product benchmarks for evaluation tests.
• Support new‑hire training programs and coordinate with Category Directors on logistics.
• Manage vendor contracts and coordinate sample preparation, labeling, and distribution for gallery projects and product launches.
• Organise smelling sessions and coordinate results with the fragrance team for new product evaluations.

Required profile

• Polytechnic or bachelor’s degree in a science‑related discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
