APAC Marketing Development Manager, Dental

About the role

Solventum (formerly 3M Health Care) is hiring an APAC Marketing Development Manager for its Indirect Restoratives dental category, based in Singapore. The role translates the global portfolio and strategy into the APAC region, identifies must-win products and procedures, and leads the portfolio direction to the Integrated Marketing team so that marketing campaigns and sales stories drive regional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive Indirect Restoratives' commercial topline and margin growth and performance KPIs in Asia Pacific.
• Develop and implement short-term and mid-term portfolio and marketing strategies, and align regional plans with country GTM strategies.
• Partner with countries on commercial areas such as pricing, competitor analysis and product positioning, and lead in-depth competitive analysis.
• Lead strategic planning and launch of new products, collaborating with global teams on product pipelines.
• Work with Integrated Marketing and country teams on portfolio campaigns and sales stories tailored to the Asia-Pacific market.
• Drive commercial storytelling and communication with country teams, and ensure compliance in product launches.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration; a master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or dental in APAC.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, new product launches and promotional campaign execution.
• Proficiency in English; hybrid eligible, with possible travel of up to 20% domestic and international.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without a sponsorship visa.
