APAC Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) - Healthcare Technology

About the role

A global healthcare technology organisation with a strong presence across developed and emerging markets is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to drive FP&A and business performance across the APAC region. The role partners with leaders on strategy, growth and commercial decisions, and is based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional budgeting, forecasting, annual planning and long-term strategic planning across APAC
• Analyse business performance, identify key trends and recommend actions to support management decisions
• Partner with commercial and finance stakeholders to evaluate revenue drivers, profitability and growth opportunities
• Develop financial models for investments, pricing strategies, resource allocation and business initiatives
• Prepare management reports, performance dashboards and executive presentations for regional leadership
• Drive continuous improvement of forecasting accuracy, reporting quality and operational efficiency
• Use business intelligence and analytics tools to deliver insights

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline
• Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA or CIMA
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and management reporting
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across functions and geographies
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Required skills

• Advanced financial modelling and Microsoft Excel
• ERP, planning and business intelligence platforms such as SAP, Oracle Hyperion, PBCS or Power BI are beneficial
