Application Developer Intern – ServiceNow Practice

About the role

Join the ServiceNow Practice team at Fujitsu Asia as an Application Developer Intern. You will work on real enterprise IT service management (ITSM) projects for government agencies and private‑sector clients, gaining hands‑on experience across the full software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and explore a ServiceNow Personal Developer Instance (PDI).
• Study real client use cases in HR, IT, and finance workflows.
• Rotate through Business Analyst, Developer, Tester, and Consultant roles within Agile sprints.
• Gather requirements, design solutions, and build functional features.
• Conduct system and user acceptance testing on your own and peers' deliverables.
• Configure AI‑powered ServiceNow features such as Now Assist and Virtual Agent.
• Present weekly demos and a final showcase to senior leadership.
• Sit for the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) examination and compile handover documentation.

Required profile

• Pursuing a diploma in IT or a related field.
• Self‑motivated and able to learn independently via online platforms.
• Willing to attempt the ServiceNow CSA certification during the internship.
• Comfortable participating in daily Agile stand‑ups and sprint ceremonies.
• Strong written English for documentation and client‑facing artefacts.
• Prior exposure to ERP, ITSM, or other enterprise platforms is a plus.
