About the role
We are looking for an Application Engineer to provide technical and application support for our process analytics business in Singapore. The role involves close collaboration with sales and sub‑vendors to ensure successful integration and performance of process analyzers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and deliver direct technical and application support for process analytics solutions.
- Coordinate with the sales team and sub‑vendors to integrate process analyzers.
- Perform troubleshooting and conduct on‑site visits for analyzer issues.
- Set up on‑site trials, review results with customers, and gather feedback.
- Prepare and deliver in‑house and on‑site technical/product training to customers.
- Create technical documentation and materials to support the sales team.
Required profile
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Water Treatment Engineering.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided. Relevant experience is an advantage.
