About the role

Powersoft Techno Solutions is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Appointment Setter based in Singapore. You will be a key point of contact for prospective clients, helping to generate leads and schedule meetings that drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective clients via phone and email to introduce our services.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts, interactions, and appointment details.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth client outreach.
• Support lead generation initiatives and follow‑up activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in appointment setting and scheduling.
• Familiarity with lead generation techniques and strategies.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Effective time‑management and task‑prioritisation skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of solving problems independently.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools.
• Experience with scheduling software.
