Architect – Design Development & Project Coordination

Job description
Key responsibilities
- Assist in design development and documentation of local projects.
- Liaise with local authorities to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Lead and coordinate the consultants’ team during project implementation.
- Support the Qualified Person (QP) in project supervision activities.
Required profile
- Good design and detailing abilities.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Revit.
- Familiar with local building codes and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Degree in Architecture from a BOA‑recognised university with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
