Architectural Coordinator

About the role

The Architectural Coordinator will oversee all architectural works on construction sites, ensuring they meet quality standards, specifications, and project timelines. This role involves close collaboration with engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect all architectural works to guarantee compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Plan, schedule, and allocate resources for building construction projects.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop detailed work plans, cost estimations, and workforce forecasts.
• Design and maintain progress and schedule control systems.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and authorities on all project aspects.
• Assist the Project Manager with monthly progress claims and reports.
• Interpret architectural drawings and details for on‑site execution.
• Lead and supervise on‑site teams, track daily manpower, and ensure productivity.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, Post‑Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in building construction.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Experience in construction planning and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
