Architectural Coordinator

About the role

The Architectural Coordinator supports the lead architect in delivering high‑quality building projects. You will act as a bridge between clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure designs meet project goals, regulations, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the architect in coordinating design details across all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop architectural designs, schedules, and construction plans.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and milestones to keep projects on track.
• Review specifications, tender clarifications, and construction drawings to aid contract and procurement management.
• Resolve on‑site architectural issues, including drawing discrepancies and method statements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with approved plans.
• Work with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to address technical challenges.
• Coordinate the preparation and submission of architectural drawings, shop drawings, mock‑ups, and material samples.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination, preferably on large‑scale construction projects.
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with BIM tools.
