Architectural Coordinator

About the role

The Architectural Coordinator will oversee the planning, execution, and documentation of architectural works across multiple sites in Singapore. You will act as the bridge between design consultants, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule architectural works, manage material requisition, control costs, supervise projects and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, project managers, C&S and M&E engineers, and subcontractors to resolve construction issues promptly.
• Monitor progress and ensure compliance of all architectural trades on site.
• Review drawings, specifications and method statements for code and project compliance.
• Conduct site inspections to verify adherence to local regulations and standards.
• Assist in project handover, defect rectification and TOP preparation.
• Participate in site and coordination meetings with stakeholders.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, preferably recognised by the BOA.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural finishing on HDB, MOE or LTA projects in Singapore.
• Experience with RI and TOP inspection procedures and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes, regulations and local quality standards.
• Certification and registration with CONQUAS; Greenmark documentation knowledge is an advantage.
