Architectural Coordinator

About the role

Citadel Search is hiring an experienced Architectural Coordinator to oversee the coordination and implementation of architectural elements across construction projects. You will manage design documentation, work with key project stakeholders and make sure construction stays aligned with architectural standards and project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Work with subcontractors and other parties so that architectural works meet the required specifications and quality benchmarks.
• Review technical drawings, spot inconsistencies and raise queries to resolve issues affecting site execution.
• Prepare and verify materials and drawings for submission, in line with design intent.
• Take part in regular site meetings to keep architectural activities aligned.
• Update and revise BIM models (Revit) and extract detailed 2D drawings (AutoCAD) as needed for construction.
• Support the Design Manager with delegated tasks and maintain project documentation.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Management or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar architectural coordination role; prior involvement in LTA projects is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in BIM software (Revit).
• Proficiency in CADD drafting tools such as AutoCAD.
• Solid understanding of construction settings, technical specifications and the drawing workflow across project stages.
