Architectural Coordinator – Residential Projects

About the role

We are an established main contractor delivering private residential projects in Singapore. The Architectural Coordinator will oversee the coordination and supervision of architectural works from planning through to completion, ensuring quality, compliance and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural works, drawings, materials and site activities.
• Review project specifications, drawings and architectural details.
• Liaise with architects, consultants, structural and M&E teams to resolve technical and site issues.
• Prepare and submit RFIs, monitor responses and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Manage and review shop drawings, material submissions and sample approvals.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project requirements and workmanship standards.
• Supervise architectural works on site and monitor progress against project schedules.
• Conduct site inspections, measurements and quality checks.
• Ensure compliance with BCA, CONQUAS/QM and project quality requirements.
• Identify, record and close out NCRs in a timely manner.
• Lead architectural coordination meetings and daily site briefings.
• Prepare progress reports and update management on project status.

Required profile

• Diploma in Architecture, Building, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in private residential projects in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of architectural specifications, construction details and building regulations.
• Familiarity with BCA CONQUAS/QM requirements and quality control procedures.
• Ability to read and coordinate architectural, structural and M&E drawings.
• Good communication, coordination and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
