Architectural Supervisor

About the role

The Architectural Supervisor will support the Project Manager and Site Manager in coordinating all architectural and structural activities on residential construction sites. This junior‑level position is based in Singapore and offers the opportunity to work closely with subcontractors, suppliers and client representatives to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Report to the Project Manager/Site Manager for arrangement of site work.
• Coordinate and oversee all structural and architectural works on site.
• Monitor and coordinate works with subcontractors, handling supplier and subcontractor issues.
• Arrange inspection works by Resident Engineer and Clerk of Works.
• Plan, program and monitor work progress on site.
• Liaise with client representatives, relevant authorities and consultants for execution of work.
• Ensure site safety and implement safe work procedures to control risk.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Architecture or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in residential building projects.
• Familiarity with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks assessment.
• Good understanding of safety aspects in the construction industry.

Required skills

• Knowledge of BCA CONQUAS assessment procedures.
• Experience with Quality Marks assessment.
• Understanding of construction safety practices.
