Architectural Supervisor

About the role

The Architectural Supervisor will lead the coordination and supervision of architectural drawings, materials and on‑site works across our residential projects island‑wide. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure design intent is met while maintaining high workmanship standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all architectural drawings, material selections and monitor work progress.
• Liaise with architects, structural and M&E engineers to resolve design and construction issues.
• Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to uphold architectural workmanship standards.
• Supervise a team of NTS and PRC workers, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Conduct regular site inspections, measurements and quality checks.

Required profile

• Diploma in Architecture or Building.
• Minimum five years’ experience in private residential projects.
• R.T.O registration with IES.
• Familiarity with BCA conquas/QM and quality control processes.
• Strong knowledge of architectural specifications and requirements.
