Architecture Coordinator

About the role

We are partnering with a leading A1 Main Contractor to recruit an experienced Architecture Coordinator. You will lead architectural coordination on large‑scale LTA and infrastructure projects such as MRT lines, rail depots, and major civil works.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate on‑site architectural works to ensure construction follows approved drawings and specifications.
• Review and manage architectural drawings, technical submissions, and design documentation.
• Liaise with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve design and technical issues.
• Monitor site progress, ensuring finishes and installations meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Manage design changes, shop drawings, and RFIs for timely implementation.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate rectification works to address discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, authority requirements, and project specifications.
• Support project managers with coordination, planning, and technical matters throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in architectural coordination or construction projects.
• Experience on large‑scale building or infrastructure projects is advantageous.
• Familiarity with construction administration, technical documentation, and site coordination processes.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
