Area Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Food & Beverage Area Manager will oversee the performance of multiple restaurant outlets across Singapore. Reporting to the Director, you will evaluate operations, drive efficiency, and ensure a high‑quality guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing all restaurant operations island‑wide.
• Collaborate with the Director to develop realistic operational plans for each outlet.
• Train staff, handle guest complaints, and improve service standards.
• Work with the training department to design and deliver employee training programs.
• Monitor leadership development and ensure marketing initiatives are executed on time.
• Prepare outlets for inspections and maintain compliance.
• Track and report food, beverage, and labor costs; create action plans to control expenses.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels and oversee bonus programmes.
• Manage ERP‑related tasks and generate monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in the food & beverage industry, preferably in a managerial capacity.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure.
• High professional integrity and a proactive, independent work style.
