Art Director – AI‑Driven Hospitality Design

About the role

Ebb & Flow Group is seeking an Art Director who will shape the visual identity of its diverse hospitality portfolio. This hands‑on role blends sharp design sensibility with AI‑driven workflows to deliver high‑impact campaigns, restaurant revamps, and brand experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce assets for digital and print channels, including menus, posters, social media, EDMs, packaging, signage and promotional material.
• Lead branding and visual identity development for restaurant renovations and new outlet launches, from concept through in‑store execution.
• Set and safeguard visual standards across all touchpoints, acting as the final gatekeeper of creative quality.
• Build and continuously refine an AI‑centric creative workflow using generative tools to accelerate concepting, mood‑boarding, asset production and content creation.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Management teams to translate business priorities into compelling creative concepts.
• Direct photography, styling and visual storytelling for campaigns, briefing external photographers, videographers and vendors as needed.
• Prepare production‑ready artwork for print vendors and maintain rigorous quality control.
• Manage multiple high‑stakes design projects simultaneously while maintaining speed and craftsmanship.
• Stay ahead of design, hospitality, AI and social media trends and translate them into fresh ideas.
• Organise and maintain a single source of truth for creative assets and brand materials.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in graphic design, branding or art direction, preferably within F&B, hospitality or lifestyle brands.
• Proven track record of owning creative output from concept to final delivery.
• Strong visual taste and obsessive attention to craft.
• Daily user of AI tools, treating them as core creative and productivity levers.
