About the role

Artlette is seeking a passionate Art Instructor to join its vibrant studio team. You will design and deliver engaging art lessons and workshops that inspire creativity in children while upholding the studio’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create and conduct curriculum‑based lessons and workshops.
• Provide feedback to parents and prepare student progress reports.
• Respond to student and parent inquiries, recommending suitable programs.
• Handle email and phone communications professionally.
• Manage cashier duties and process payments.
• Schedule classes and maintain accurate administrative records.

Required profile

• Passion for art teaching with a positive, encouraging attitude toward children.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and manage classes effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills, honesty, and responsibility.
• Team player who respects and supports colleagues.
• Organized with good documentation abilities.
• Creative mindset that challenges norms and seeks continuous improvement.
• Graduated from an art institution (O‑levels, diploma, or university) or have relevant preschool art teaching credentials.
• Minimum of 1 year teaching experience.
• Willingness to work a 5‑day week, including weekends with two weekdays off.
