Assembly Operator – 4-Day Work Week, Shift Allowances

About the role

Join a well‑established technology manufacturing environment in Tampines as an Assembly Operator. You will work a structured 4‑day week with every Sunday off, performing hands‑on assembly of server hardware and related components.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble servers, chassis, hard drives and related components.
• Install server racks and cabinets.
• Carry out production duties such as unpacking, packing and rack building.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other operational tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Ability to perform manual assembly work in a production setting.
• Willingness to work rotating day and night shifts after the initial training period.
• Candidates with prior experience in assembly, production, manufacturing or electronics are encouraged to apply.

Required skills

• Manual assembly of electronic hardware.

What we offer

• Basic salary ranging from SGD 2,000 to SGD 3,000 per month.
• Day shift allowance of SGD 12 per workday.
• Night shift allowance of SGD 24 per workday.
• Additional allowance of SGD 16 per workday.
• Four‑day work week with every Sunday off.
• Training period of three months (Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM).
