Assistant Centre Director

About the role

The Assistant Centre Director will support the Centre Director in delivering a premium music‑education experience across Aureus locations. This role blends operational oversight, team development and sales growth to ensure the centre runs like a 5‑star hotel while meeting enrolment targets.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate front‑desk performance through 360‑degree feedback covering service quality, sales proficiency and professional conduct.
• Oversee facilities and logistical operations to maintain a clean, well‑maintained environment.
• Achieve monthly lead‑generation, enrolment and conversion targets, driving overall centre growth.
• Mentor team members on‑the‑ground, ensuring they meet individual performance goals.
• Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values and organise staff‑welfare events.
• Maintain high customer‑service standards to retain clients and meet satisfaction index targets.
• Communicate issues proactively to management and ensure alignment with core values.
• Ensure full adoption of the Aureus Enigma curriculum system.
• Track and report team evaluations, development plans and other documentation.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by senior management.
