Assistant Centre Manager

About the role

The Assistant Centre Manager supports the daily operations of our education centre across Singapore. You will work closely with the Centre Manager to ensure smooth administrative processes, high customer satisfaction, and achievement of student enrolment targets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform administrative and operational tasks to keep the centre running efficiently.
• Drive student sign‑up targets and maximise monthly retention rates.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve grievances courteously.
• Handle customer payments, maintain accurate audit files, and manage petty cash.
• Assist with performance reviews, student promotions, and update HQ on enrolments, trial lessons, and withdrawals.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked learning environment with necessary materials and stationery.
• Safeguard student welfare and safety at all times.
• Undertake ad‑hoc projects as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in education, retail, airlines, or other customer‑centric industries.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Kind and nurturing when interacting with children; professional with parents/guardians.
• Excellent organisational abilities and willingness to work weekends and three weekdays.
• Aspiring candidates may be considered for the Centre Manager role.
