Assistant Centre Manager

About the role

The Assistant Centre Manager will work closely with the Centre Manager to drive sales, enhance customer experience, and ensure smooth daily operations of Aureus music centres across Singapore. This role combines operational oversight with strategic sales initiatives to support the company’s rapid growth in creative arts education.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Centre Manager in executing sales strategies and achieving monthly enrolment targets.
• Oversee day‑to‑day centre operations, including facilities maintenance, front‑desk service, and event coordination.
• Lead training programmes, mentor staff, and provide performance feedback through a 360‑degree evaluation process.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and special events to boost centre visibility and revenue.
• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement improvements to deliver a 5‑star centre experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail, sales or centre management, preferably within the education or entertainment sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Leadership qualities to motivate and develop a diverse team.
