Assistant Director, Enterprise Applications & CRM

About the role

This Assistant Director role sits within the Enterprise CRM team of the Digital Transformation Office (DTO) division of the Corporate Group (CORP) at IMDA. The DTO develops and implements digital transformation strategies using emerging technology and data, and works closely with Finance, Investment & Procurement, Incentive Management & Governance, Human Resources, Workplace & Organisation Development and the Digital Transformation Office. The incumbent oversees the implementation, management and architectural integrity of the Enterprise Applications platform, particularly on Salesforce.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of the Salesforce platform across IMDA's digital transformation initiatives, from planning through execution, keeping it aligned with organisational goals
• Design and oversee the overall Salesforce architecture, including data models, integration strategies and application design, and define the Salesforce programme roadmap
• Collaborate with senior leadership, business units and IT teams to turn business needs into technical solutions
• Establish KPIs to measure Salesforce implementation effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
• Lead and mentor the Enterprise CRM and Application team, and develop training programmes for end-users and administrators
• Manage relationships with Salesforce vendors and third-party consultants, evaluate new tools and technologies, and mitigate vendor risk
• Ensure data integrity, security and compliance with industry standards, and manage project risks so projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
• Implement change management practices for major architectural changes and monitor system performance

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in Salesforce administration, architecture and program leadership, with a proven track record of complex Salesforce architectures and cross-functional team leadership
• Strong project management skills with agile and waterfall experience; PMP or similar certification is advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communication and proven leadership and mentoring skills
