Assistant Director, F&B Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic marketing professional to lead the brand storytelling, guest engagement and revenue growth for our award‑winning restaurants and bars, ranging from Michelin‑starred fine dining to vibrant casual venues. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Marketing, you will shape the narrative for each concept while collaborating with world‑class chefs, sommeliers and hospitality teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute 360° marketing plans covering digital, PR, events and partnerships.
• Own the brand narrative for each venue, tailoring messaging to distinct audiences.
• Leverage data and insights to optimise campaigns, drive covers, and enhance loyalty.
• Collaborate with in‑house teams and external agencies on social media, content creation and media relations.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet business objectives.

Required profile

• A strategic marketer with a strong passion for food & beverage experiences.
• Excellent collaborator able to work closely with chefs, restaurant managers and agencies.
• Hybrid thinker comfortable balancing analytics with creative storytelling.
• Proactive doer who can manage both high‑profile campaigns and day‑to‑day promotional activities.
