Food & Beverage Supervisor – Beach Club

About the role

We are seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the Beach Club outlet at The Palawan @ Sentosa. In this role you will ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain high service standards and support the day‑to‑day operations of our vibrant beachside venue.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with guests to deliver high‑quality service and boost satisfaction.
• Motivate and lead a team of service crew, fostering cohesion and performance.
• Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with managers on daily operations, including forecasting, scheduling and profitability analysis.
• Maintain the outlet’s appearance and atmosphere to create an inviting environment.
• Enforce strict food hygiene and safety standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering food & beverage service in a restaurant or bar setting.
• Background managing an outlet, preferably in an outdoor or beach environment.
• Demonstrated leadership of a service team.
• Knowledge of beverages and bartending is an advantage.
• Involvement in food & beverage marketing or promotions.
