Assistant Director – Human Resources

About the role

IPOS International is looking for a strategic and hands‑on Assistant Director of Human Resources to support its growing HR function. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business priorities and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes and build forward‑looking talent pipelines.
• Design and execute employer branding initiatives to position the organisation as an employer of choice.
• Oversee the performance management cycle, including appraisals and ranking, ensuring fairness and consistency.
• Drive talent and leadership development programmes in collaboration with the IPOS Group.
• Partner with the IPOS Group to develop training, competency frameworks, and capability‑building initiatives.
• Lead employee engagement activities and coordinate follow‑up actions to improve culture and experience.
• Support compensation review exercises to maintain market competitiveness.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Strategic thinker with analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player capable of collaborating across HR, business units and senior management.
• Prior public‑sector experience or experience aligning subsidiary HR practices with a parent company is a plus.
