Assistant Director, Stakeholder Engagement

About the role

The Assistant Director, Stakeholder Engagement will lead and implement initiatives that connect NTU students with industry, ecosystem partners and global opportunities. This senior position supports the university’s entrepreneurship ecosystem by designing high‑impact programmes and fostering collaborations across internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, drive and promote NTU’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship (I&E) pathway for students.
• Conceptualise and organise outcome‑focused co‑curricular I&E programmes that build entrepreneurial skillsets.
• Grow student leadership in I&E activities through proactive engagement with clubs, societies and student networks.
• Identify, build and sustain relationships with alumni, industry partners, startups, venture capitalists, accelerators and ecosystem players.
• Facilitate access to campus resources such as Innovation Ports, Makers’ Labs and equipment for student ventures.
• Collaborate with managers of campus facilities to provide support that accelerates students’ I&E journeys.
• Strategically design initiatives that bridge students with industry knowledge, real‑world experience and venture‑building opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, partnership development or ecosystem management.
• Strong understanding of entrepreneurship education and innovation ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multi‑stakeholder projects.
• Excellent communication and networking skills with a track record of building lasting relationships.
• Ability to translate ideas into structured, outcome‑based programmes.
